Privacy Policy

Technibaba ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Sort Master Pro iOS application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information. By using the App, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information We Collect

We do not collect any personally identifiable information (PII) such as your name, email address, or phone number directly. The App may collect the following non-personal data:

• Usage analytics — screens visited, levels played, session duration, and feature interactions, collected through Firebase Analytics.
• Crash reports — diagnostic information about app crashes (device type, OS version, stack trace), collected through Firebase Crashlytics. This data does not identify you personally.
• Ad-related data — if you have not purchased the ad-free option, Google AdMob may collect a device advertising identifier (IDFA) and usage data to serve relevant ads, subject to your App Tracking Transparency (ATT) consent choice.
• Purchase records — in-app purchase transactions are handled entirely by Apple's StoreKit framework. We receive only a confirmation of whether a purchase was made; we never see your payment details.
• Game progress — your level completion, star ratings, coin balance, hint count, and daily streak are stored locally on your device using UserDefaults. This data is not transmitted to our servers.

2. App Tracking Transparency (ATT)

On iOS 14.5 and later, the App will request permission via Apple's ATT framework before accessing your device's IDFA for advertising purposes. If you decline, no advertising identifier is accessed. You can change this permission at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To understand how players interact with the App and improve gameplay, level design, and stability.
• To diagnose and fix crashes and bugs quickly.
• To serve advertisements to users who have not purchased the ad-free upgrade (subject to ATT consent).

We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

4. Third-Party Services

The App integrates the following third-party SDKs, each governed by their own privacy policies:

• Firebase Analytics — firebase.google.com/support/privacy
• Firebase Crashlytics — firebase.google.com/support/privacy
• Google AdMob — policies.google.com/privacy
• Apple StoreKit — apple.com/legal/privacy

5. Children's Privacy

Sort Master Pro is rated 4+ and designed to be appropriate for all ages. The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Advertising shown through AdMob is configured to serve non-personalised ads to all users by default unless explicit ATT consent is granted by a user aged 13 or older.

6. Data Retention

Analytics and crash data retained by Firebase follows Google's default retention periods (up to 14 months for analytics). You may request deletion of any data associated with your device by contacting us. Local game progress stored on your device is removed when you uninstall the App.

7. Your Rights

• Access & deletion — contact us at support@technibaba.com to request information about or deletion of any data we hold.
• Opt out of analytics — you can disable Firebase Analytics data collection by contacting us or by restricting the App's background data usage in iOS Settings.
• Ad personalisation — manage your ATT consent via iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, or via the AdMob opt-out at adssettings.google.com.

8. Security

We use industry-standard practices (HTTPS transport, Firebase security rules) to protect any data transmitted from the App. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect any changes. Continued use of the App after a change constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
