Please read these terms carefully before using Sort Master Pro.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Sort Master Pro iOS application (the "App") developed and operated by Technibaba ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and use the App for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, strictly in accordance with these Terms and Apple's App Store Terms of Service.

The App offers optional in-app purchases ("IAP") processed exclusively through Apple's StoreKit framework:
All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds except where required by applicable law or Apple's refund policy. Restore Purchases is available in the app's Profile tab for users who have reinstalled the App or switched devices.
In-game coins and hints are virtual items with no real-world monetary value and cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.
The free version of the App displays advertisements served by Google AdMob. Ads are shown between levels and on the Give Up screen. Purchasing "Remove Ads" or "Sort Master Pro" permanently disables all advertisements.
The App is a single-player offline puzzle game with no user-generated content or social features. You agree not to use the App in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the App or interfere with any other party's use of the App.
All content within the App — including but not limited to graphics, animations, sounds, level designs, game logic, and the Sort Master Pro name and logo — is the exclusive property of Technibaba and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Technibaba shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including loss of data, loss of in-game progress, or loss of virtual items, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
The App integrates third-party services including Firebase (Google LLC) and Google AdMob. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these third parties.
The App is rated 4+ and is appropriate for all ages. In-app purchases require parental approval via Apple's Family Sharing controls. Parents and guardians are encouraged to use Screen Time and purchase restrictions to manage their children's spending within the App.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you breach these Terms or if we decide to discontinue the App. Upon termination, the licence granted herein ceases immediately. Sections 5, 6, 7, and 11 survive termination.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
We may revise these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top will be updated accordingly. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
